3. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Aeonix Ascend. These messages include coaching content, business insights, onboarding communications, and service notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your subscription and usage. Message and data rates may apply. Aeonix Ascend is not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Aeonix Ascend, you agree to:

8. Governing Law
